Are We Giving our Best to the Least?

I witnessed a heartbreaking scene unfold while at SCA EXPO in Boston. The situation was a common one in most of our cafes but in this context it really impacted me and inspired this Shift Break.  What are we doing in specialty? Is our talk about accessibility just talk? Are the best expressions of coffee the most exclusive?
