Are We in the Days of Noah: Sermon IX

When Noah was building the boat, he had workers helping him. The offer of salvation was available to everyone, but when it was time to get on the boat, who got on the boat? Nobody except Noah and his family. When Jesus Christ returns there’s going to be a 7 year judgement on the earth called the Tribulation. It’s a future event. It will be a period of judgement on man for his sin and Israel to purify her so when her master returns she will be found ready, praying and watchful. When is Jesus going to return? It could be at anytime. There’s not a single prophecy that is needed to be fulfilled in order for it to happen. We know that things have happened in our lifetimes and in recent history that show we are closer. Jesus was asked: What are the signs of your coming? What’s it going to be like when you come? He says keep watch because you do not know the day or the hour.
