Are We Living In A Clown World?

With every new policy announcement by the Spring St politicians, I keep expecting Alan Funt to pop out and tell me that I am on Candid Camera.Except it didn't happen, which means that we are living in clown world.Every policy announcement is more outlandish than the one before.Which leads me to ask the question.Who is the bigger fool?Those who put out these policies in the hope of being re-elected, or us for voting them in?
