Returning your grocery cart isn't a law, and there's definitely no shopping cart police patrolling the parking lot. Yet, I still make it a point to return mine almost every time, not because I’m aiming for a gold star in good citizenship but because it literally takes just 30 seconds to make someone else’s day a little easier. It's all about sharing our public space and doing the right thing—even when no one's watching.
