#Are You A Frenemy

Frenemy: (noun) “a person who is both a friend and an enemy, or who pretends to be a friend but is actually an enemy.” So many times we very much see rivalries between friends that are beyond a form of friendly competition, but stemming from feelings of pride, envy, jealousy and our own self doubt. We seem to reference these more nowadays as “Fake Friends” which is more commonly known. However, that is not the only perspective we must look at when thinking about frenemies. We have to also become aware and see that we can very well become our own Frenemy. One day you’re looking at yourself in the mirror admiring and speaking lovingly to yourself and the next, you’re tearing down everything you said to yourself and bringing yourself down as a means of working against yourself. This is very common to most people unfortunately to where we become our own enemy one day and friend the next, but truly ask yourself this question as we go into this segment, #AreYouAFrenemy?...
