Are you aware how easy it is to find out how you voted in Georgia?
from The Ron Show · host Ron Roberts
Marilyn Marks, executive director at the Coalition for Good Governance, has long warned that Georgia's physical set-up for voting at precincts - using illuminated touch screens - violates Georgia Constitutional law by denying one's right to privacy when voting. It turns out, that's not the only way "ne'er do wells" can find out how you voted: she tipped off a Princeton University researcher that she could use Chat GPT to find out how a handful of Heard County voters voted, and he experimented with the process and took it a step further. There's just one Georgia Election Board member - MAGA-rific Salleigh Grubbs - who's even remotely concerned about this, and Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger nor his director of special projects for the secretary’s office, aren't at all. Are you?Marilyn joined me today to discuss the very real dangers for many voters fearful their employer, their spouse, their pastor, their students' parents (for example) can know (and potentially weaponize) how they voted, and offers some solutions to secure a voter's privacy in time for November's midterm elections.
