Are You Being True to Yourself? With Special Guest Nerissa Bauer

from Imperfect Mommying: Better Parenting through Self-Healing with Alysia Lyons · host Lyons Heart Healing

There's probably too many people and not enough doctors, just like there's too many children and not enough teachers. And so we get into these situations where we're not getting individualized attention. And because we're raised like this, we also think that the solution to our problem, it can be a general solution. So we don't take the time to look at who we are, what our values are, what our drivers are, and we try to motivate ourselves to do things that that aren't important to our soul. Because we're like, well, this mom is being an entrepreneur, and she's having a lot of fun in this specific direct sales business. And so I'm going to do that. And I'm going to have as much fun as her and I'm going to feel fulfilled like she is and it's like, but are you that? Are you that person? Like, are you not mom? Are you do you have exactly the same priorities and everything. Get to Know Nerissa: Dr. Nerissa Bauer is a behavioral pediatrician and entrepreneur in Carmel, Indiana.
