Are you boring your shoppers? You know? And a lot of times I go through and I'm buying something in a brick and mortar store and an employee pretty much can only tell me what is on the box or what's on a sign. And if you really want to increase your sales, you have to understand that selling is inspiring, but also educating.  And the worst thing you can do is to go through and tell them something they already know or they can see for themselves. So make sure that today, a couple of days after Christmas, people's wallets are open, but make something surprising or think of something else that they could do with a product. That maybe, you know, because you've been talking to your customers for so long, or maybe together you come up with something new. But your goal is to get them to start thinking, what if I could? And that's going to happen by telling them or inspiring them with something they didn't know.
