It's the ability to be open-minded, to take constructive feedback well, and to be willing to try new things when suggested by those with more experience. Great real estate investors are coachable…but the truth is, most people aren't. In this episode, Jeff discusses what it means to be coachable, how to recognize if you're inadvertently NOT being coachable, and how to make sure you distinguish between being coachable and just following advice blindly.
