Are You Dealing With Generational Patterns?I'd Like to Hear Your View on This.

from The Process of Becoming · host Mariam Fatai

It's important to note patterns in our lives. Not all patterns are negative or toxic, some are positive and can be improved upon. But the real question is how do we deal with awful and draining patterns in our lives? Generation patterns can shape our behaviour, attitude towards life, religious beliefs and so on. These are a few of what I have implemented in my personal live. Awareness-Be intentional about what you've noticed, write it down if you can. Be conscious of what's happening, when and how it happens. Pray- Now you know, pray for the wisdom and knowledge to work through this. Correct and Unlearn where needed. Boundaries-Sometimes putting a boundary to protect yourself, respect and love yourself might be a step towards breaking certain patterns. I'd love to hear back from you. What patterns have you noticed, and how are you dealing with what you have noticed? please share with us.
