Benjamin Franklin once said, “In this world nothing can be said to be certain except, death and taxes.” We can definitely know these two things with certainty. We will all die and we all have to pay taxes! While there aren't a lot of certainties in life, there are a lot of uncertainties. Many people say, “Uncertainty is the only certain thing in life.” For example, we have NO IDEA what is going to happen during this next election season. This can be a cause for a lot of anxiety for a lot of people. Parents face the constant uncertainty of wondering how their kids are going to turn out as adults. Many of us are facing uncertainties of all types. Whether it be health, relationships, or finances. In this sermon, we dive into verses Acts 2:22-36. In these verses, we learn a lot of things together; we see Peter move away from talking about the prophecy of Joel being fulfilled. We see Peter now talk about the life and ministry of Jesus.
