So have you told your friends how grateful you are for them lately or ever or in the last week? That's something we can talk about today, isn't it? You know, oh, there's a word I didn't want to say. You know, but you know, being grateful for our friends is a way to attract much more positivity into our life.

Hi, everyone. Michael Crows here. This is the Daily Grateful and I'm going to go and get hypnotized. I am going to I am going to go get hypnotized to not say, you know, while recording a podcast and I'm grateful for that.

Oh, sorry. You're grateful for your friends. I'm grateful for my friends, but have I told them I am grateful for them? Have I done that?

Am I guilty of not doing that? Yeah, I am except I second ex-wife, favorite of all three ex-wives, her and I went out to play today. Well, by play we we we'd call it a bebop. We left here and we went where did we go first?

Oh, she needed to get gas. So we went to BJ's to get gas. Then we went into BJ's. By the way, BJ's is one of those warehouse places like Sam's and and Costco, all of those things.

But it's a smaller and it's regional. And the reason I have a BJ's membership is because being a washed up former member of the national broadcast media, they they first of all gave me a good deal on a membership. $25 a year. That's when it started out at and I don't remember ever renewing it until this year and they took $55 out of my account to renew it.

But anyway, the reason I like them is because they sell gas and they sell gas a lot cheaper than anyone else. So we went there today to get gas because it was cheaper than everywhere else. So that was fun. Then we went down because I drank and Diane, XY number two favorite of all XY's best XY.

I tell you what best person that just anyway, we went to each we just got a case of boost and then I find out we bought the wrong one after I got home. But it's too late. I usually get the boost with 20 grams of protein and we bought each bought a case of the boost with 10 grams of protein. So I'll muddle through that.

I just won't be as peppy. I don't know. Anyway, one of the things I told her today as we went on to our next place, we went to a nursery down in Largo because she wanted a red plumeria. So we went down to the nursery in Largo and she picked up a couple of plumerias.

This was our fun day. You know, three stops. Whenever we go have a day together, we plan three things. So gas, buying boost and then buying plumerias.

Wasn't that just fun? I mean, you know, this is how exciting my life has become. It truly has. But when we were leaving the plumeria place, I just put my hand on her arm.

She was driving and I complimented. I said, you know, you have the smoothest skin in the world. She goes, I know. And I said, and you're the best person in the world.

And I'm just so thrilled that you and I hang out together all the time. And we do. We hang out together all the time. We talk, you know, every day and we see each other a lot.

She lives less than a mile from me. And I just was so grateful for that. And they just got me thinking about am I grateful for my other friends? And have I told them?

It's the glue that holds friendships together, you know, gratitude. It really is. And true friends are a blessing and we should all be grateful for them. We absolutely should.

I've got other friends. I've got my dear friend Jennifer, who's been my friend since eighth grade. And we've lived through a lot together and we've connived together for years. We just and by the way, politically, we are an exact opposite.

You know, ends of the spectrum and we don't talk politics. Because if we talk politics, I am a much better talker than her. And she's mad at me. But so we don't talk politics, but she's my friend.

And I haven't told her that I'm grateful that she's my friend. And I'm going to call her right after I'm done recording and say, hey, she's going to say, what? I'm going to say, I'm grateful to your my friend. It just I'm grateful that you're my friend.

Friends are like, you know, they're like mirrors of ourself. They reflect our weaknesses, our strengths. And it's really good to be grateful for them. It truly is.

So I want you to think about your friends who all your friends, but think about the good ones and ask yourself, when was the last time you told them that you're grateful that they're your friends? Do that. I think I am like the fact that I told her that today. I know I like the fact that I don't do that today.

It made me feel good. And I want you to feel good. So on this wonderful Tuesday, which is usually technical Tuesday, but it's friendship Tuesday. I certainly hope you have a great day and tell your friends, your loved ones, your turtle doves, your honey, pumpkin, love, or poo, your hearts to light.

That you're grateful for them. There you go. We'll see you more.
