Hello and good morning. So today it is going to be the part two of my writing which is published in medium.com And the title is are you intrinsically motivated to follow your workout schedule part two? Thank you for showing up to read part one or listen to part one of my article or you listen through your you know Podcast episode like this morning using podcast you can Google out. I guess you can figure you can search now So in part one I described how my desire for doing a seven part series Crystallized to the following intention for part two.

I Want to share my experience of how I was motivated to start working out Before I proceed to share my experience. I want to express how the universe conspires to manifest your intention I didn't tell myself when I was going to write or record part two I only said the intention about the content, but I never said when However, I completed the following steps I committed to part one. Let me quote those steps Number one write and submit my writing to the publications number two record my podcast number three be done with these two things Within an hour. I did all the above and said to myself Hey Lalita Just get going with your cleaning work to ditch unwanted stuff and donate the good ones to charitable Foundations and I was doing that I was also listening to Deepak Chopra's 21 day meditations to get unstuck Creating a limitless life in my Bluetooth.

By the way, I'm providing the links to these Information in my writing in my article So when I quickly came and sneaked in to change to the next video an acceptance and published notification from the publisher Coffee Times for the part one showed up that put me into pure gratitude And what I call flow FLOW flow mode to start part two remember I never said when I will do so now It just put me the flow mode here I am having no writers block or absolutely no external push but pure intentions to get going coming back to my intention for part two How was I motivated to start working out? It all started with my employer downsizing and me facing an experience that I never thought would change my thinking my perception and lifestyle My life transformed from a busy bee with a guaranteed paycheck to an anxious the job seeker in the rec session market I would say way back in 2002 Physically, I was missing the routine of planning and stepping out to work with enthusiasm Mentally, I was missing the use of problem-solving skills that I would bring to my employer Emotionally, I was missing the happiness of seeing my paycheck deposited into my bank account It all changed when I listened to several tapes and CDs on personal development from Jim Rohn Raine Tracy, Phil Lot and many more I loved and listened to Jim Rohn's audio several times and if I remember correctly it is over 12 years since he passed away But the following quote from Jim Rohn changed my thinking Learn to work harder on yourself than you do on your job If you work hard on your job, you can make a living but if you work hard on yourself, you will make a fortune I'm in a decision. I started working hard on myself I committed to work on my body my emotions and my mind My first step towards this direction was to enroll my entire family into a fitness membership in YMCA Here's the thing The moment I honored my decision and invested money even without having a paycheck For something that I realized feels true and authentic to me Magic happened it made sense for me to work out consistently as I felt good True as I felt good I felt good I thought clearly and no longer felt ashamed or not good enough because I did not have a job Instead I was able to get a bird's eye view of my body emotions mind family relationship Environment and ideas for possibilities. I was able to become clear of the financials Priorities the domain needing immediate attention keeping the bigger picture in mind I was able to say no clearly without feeling that I'm denying myself or Being mean to others.

I felt true and authentic to my true inner self. I decided to step into self-employment devote quality time with my children and invest in my physical mental and emotional well-being conclusion and seditions Your best opportunity may come when there is disruption and you feel shattered Let me explain by getting out of me and attached to me mode to third person Lalita An objectively third person unattached mode In my case highly inspired successful career woman in two countries Lalita was shattered by downsizing due to disruption in her job The best opportunity for her was for the first time Giving herself permission to work hard on herself by taking the first step of investing money on YMCA gym membership and working out Had she been in an inspiring career that she thought was the fuel for everything While she was employed she never would have worked hard on her body on her mind on her emotions I leave you with a suggestion to love yourself and conditionally no matter what happens to your job What happens to your business but work hard on becoming better and better and better physically mentally and emotionally? Become aware of your environment Enbridge your relationships and put your ideas to use When you feel very low Just step out of your attached me mode and literally step into see and talk to yourself from the detached She mode and test for yourself. How you feel how your lifestyle is changing?

What is my intention for day three? I want to share my experience on the questions I asked I asked myself such as why do I want to work out? How do I keep motivated when I get the thought hey Lalita? That's not a paid job.

You're not getting money You don't need to work out. You don't lose anything Until you get to read my part three Just do that five or ten minute workout that you committed to yourself and say after doing it Hey your first name you did it and you deserve to feel great and you will show up tomorrow Have a fantastic day I would like to give a shout out to Maryam for the article eight websites to make money by reading books For my podcast listeners, I have mentioned the link there You can go ahead and read in my article in media the headline for sure spark my attention But I must tell you it takes commitment it takes patience and greater to get the results mentioned in this article I really appreciate the author Maryam for taking time to enlist these Well with that said I'm gonna put the link in the description box in my episode I wish you all a fantastic day.
