Okay, that's going to be the episode I'm writing this part in the evening as against my normal morning writing routine. It feels like I'm Challenging myself to fit into an uncomfortable outfit a couple of aspects are helping me. Sorry my throat. I have to clear My body and mind are getting used to writing for the purpose of having my article published Deciding the topic in the previous part and setting intentions for the next part is helping me conquer writer's blog I only need to tell myself that if I can write in the morning I should be able to do it in the evening too.

I did tell myself that and I am jumping to content creation What is my intention for part six? How did I handle the transformation from exercising in the gym to exercising at home? In part one through part three. I've given the link in my article.

Go ahead. Please check it out So in part one through part three I have described how Consciously working on my body mind and emotions became crucial and important for me after I lost my job and transitioned to self-applimate Stepping out driving to the gym hearing the treadmill sound and just working out of the gym was truly fun and inspiring When the gym was closed due to lockdown logically I knew that it makes sense to just stop overthinking and not catastrophies This word catastrophies I have given you a link I would highly recommend to go and check about this word You know the relationship anxiety and all that stuff and then it's it's a it's a medical it's a helpline article from more medical research and all that stuff So I don't want to talk about it. I'm not a doctor. I'm not a healthcare provider But then I read that and it made sense for me to use that here So it is what it is.

Some people use the words. We try to victimize our own self, you know that type of thing I'm aware that as much as I get inspired by little things I also internalize get sensitive to setbacks and spontaneity because I'm a creature of habit Thanks to tools such as EFT emotional freedom technique conversational writing and gratitude journaling habits that serve as regulators for me as I was Very clear about the benefits such as improved health and rich relationships and clear thinking due to exercising consistently in the gym And I had habituated to using these tools which I mentioned It was easy for me to give myself permission to switch to working out from home Thanks to my son for helping me identify one of several at home workout programs available on the internet I started doing Heather Robertson's 12 week program. I have given the link to her 20 program in my article Please go ahead and check it out conclusion I realized that Consciously watching videos pertaining to self-improvement and following the tips impacted me immensely to quote during the transformation I used to watch videos from impact theory. It's a YouTube channel.

I have given the link in my article I did an intense 2 day program called the re-invent program hosted by Evan pagan and Annie Lala I've given the link in my under references in the article. Please check it out That for sure helped me cope with rollercoaster emotions associated with lockdown and pandemic By watching these videos and participating in programs I learned to regulate my thoughts feelings and actions like a program purpose that Personally, I feel empowered to have learned a life skill that I can use in any domain in the future And what is the life skill life skill? I'm talking about the skill of handling the spontaneity even though I was a creature of habit the skill of regulating my thoughts feelings emotions and actions when Life throws unexpected events or experiences on me Alright, so seditions and actions steps in order to keep up with a habit that is of high lifetime value to you for me Exercising is a high lifetime value to me based upon my own analysis or my own observation of how I am doing who I'm being Becoming and what I'm having in terms of experiences. Okay for me beside high lifetime value So once again in order to keep up with a habit that is of high lifetime value to you to you Keep checking with yourselves by answering the following questions.

Why are you doing what you are doing? Why is it important to you? Why is it important now ask these questions answer them write it down? Don't discount these questions read a book or watch videos or do a program consistently in order to get better and better at that thing or Activity that is of high lifetime value to you Just for a one tip one tip and take action for at least 21 days Be patient and compassionate with yourself You will unearth your magnificent self Getting better and better and better.

What is my intention for final part seven to be honest? I'm getting several ideas Other than proofreading. I don't read my published articles as I'm writing. I'm feeling the resistance But with that resistance Allowing myself to set an intention to read all the six parts that have been published and create a summary I also want to share how I use Heather Robertson's video channel to select workouts when I run out of time or When I'm not motivated to exercise.

I will have to give a shout out to Margaret Pan for her article stop buying courses read these books instead. It's a wonderful beautiful article. So personally, I'm a slow reader and These days I prefer reading short articles and special reports to reading books But this article and the specific quotes mentioned therein are motivating me to grab a book from my bookshelf In case you missed my previous articles episodes links to blinks from part one to part five of both the article and the episodes podcast episodes are Available in my article the current article written reading Until we meet in part seven give yourself permission to just do that five or ten minute workout and say hey Your first name you did it and you deserve to feel great and you will show up tomorrow have a fantastic day so I've given references to the Words or the course which I made at the end of the article and also your membership to medium because this is a membership based This thing I pay membership to medium for for being for reading others articles They have got wonderful articles and also they've got wonderful platform for writers So I pay and I write so if you want you to can remember it's only five dollars per month and I leave with that I leave you Leave you with Intentions will make part seven and you guys have a fantastic day.
