Good morning everyone. So this is the recording of my article in medium titled Are you intrinsically motivated to follow your workout schedule part seven? All right Hello my lovely readers and listeners for making it to the last part of the series. I value your time and attention to reading all the parts and or listening to all parts in my lalita's morning using podcast To quote here is the intention I wrote in part six for part seven What is my intention for final part seven?

To be honest, I'm getting several ideas other than proofreading. I don't read my published articles again As I'm writing I'm feeling the resistance But with that resistance allowing the keyword is allowing myself to set an intention to read all the six parts and create a summary I also want to share how I use Heather Robertson's video channel to select workouts when I run out of time or when I am not motivated to exercise Yes, I feel really proud with humility for reading my published article part one I also feel truly grateful for divine guidance to drive my attention and energy to part one without any resistance Now I have no doubt about the traction towards reading all the six published parts and summarizing I'm going to use V instead of I Because without audience my writing has no collective value. Let's go Part one we worked on setting intention for the seven part series We discussed two types of motivation namely intrinsic and extrinsic I'm linking to part one for you to review the details Once our psychological need for autonomy Relatability and competence is met we are intrinsically motivated To do the task that we set intention to We set an intention for part two content and concluded the part one okay part two We realized that setting clear intention about the content for the next part Help us conquer a writer's block Our best opportunity may come when there is destruction and we feel shattered Let's love ourselves unconditionally Unconditionally no matter what happens to our job our business But work hard on becoming better and better and better physically mentally and emotionally Let's become aware of our environment Enrich our relationships and put our ideas to good use Part three Following quote from Robin Sharma's book the monk who sold his Ferrari helped us conquer disempowering thoughts And the quote is I am more than appear I appear to be all the world's strength and power rests inside me By Robin Sharma when we go through a major transformation Let's be bold to listen to our chatter. Let's not be afraid Let's internalize the quote you are more than what you appear to be the world's strength and power Resents at you Let's be bold to become our own reverential curious friend and ask why do we want to work out?

What benefits do we derive? Let's spend some time writing our answers Part four let's not be afraid to listen to our mind shatter when we want to do something new or different That is of high lifetime value. This is very important high lifetime value Let's quickly flip negative disempowering parts by choosing important thoughts Let's set aside at least 15 minutes to plan our entire day regardless of whether we are working women or homemakers or self-agloid But five we may value something or an experience It is completely okay that we get affected by a small or a big event that comes in the way of pursuing or having What is of our high lifetime value? Let's learn to be compassionate with ourselves Let's find and use tools example EFT emotional freedom technique meditation journaling conversational writing and many more to help us center Let's revisit and answer our question.

Why is the thing or the experience? Is of high lifetime value to us to us? Let's trust that when we follow steps one to four the universe will conspire and manifest our true desires Part six let's consciously watch videos and or read books pertaining to self improvement and Following the tips suggested therein In order to keep up with a habit that leads us to high lifetime value Let's keep checking with ourselves by answering the following questions. Why are we doing what we are doing?

Why is it important? Why is it important now? Let's read a book or watch videos or do a program coaching program consistently in order to get better and better Adapting or activity that is of high lifetime value for us to us for us Let's take action for the next 21 days. We're applying the tips suggested Let's be patient and compassionate with ourselves to unearth our magnificent self How I use Heather Robertson's video channel to select workouts to my advantage so that You know when I run out of time or when I'm not motivated to exercise You know Heather Robertson has beautifully created so many workout programs 12 week 60 days so many so many workout programs 10 minute programs and then abs only for abs only for core only for upper body only for lower body So many beautifully.

No, I'm so thankful to the Robertson Okay, now initially during lockdown I start off with a 12 week home workout program and It immensely contributed to my well-being to my physical emotional and mental well-being After completion when the weather got better walking and connecting with nature became important to me However, I realized that I was missing out on the ads workout upper body workout lower body workout Which were all necessary for my overall fitness When I realized that I would reach out first I would just go to the search button and look for 10 to 15 minutes workout for abs Tenet workout for upper body tenet workout for lower body something like that, right? So very clear I would I know how many minutes I want to work out I know which part of my body I want to work out and I will search for that beautiful right? You're so blessed with this technology That way I know that I'm tiammed and I get to exercise that part of my body which I want to improve If I am in a creative mood and not so tiam bound and I don't want to repeat I don't want to repeat the same The reps or whatever Then what do I do by me so then what I would do is I would search for no repeat Workups, what does it mean if it's a 25 minutes program? So all the entire 25 minutes will have 25 different moves one may be on the upper body one may be on the lower body one may be on the abs You know what I mean?

So it's no repeat. It's not like after after six reps you repeat second time the same I'm not able to get the word the same You know exercise or whatever it is which is which kind sometimes I feel I don't want to do that I want to look for no repeat so that I feel that curiosity I have the creativity Oh my god, I'm gonna get something new next time something new next time you know you understand excitement So I would search for that no repeat workout. I wouldn't care about my time if it's 25 minutes I would just make available myself for 25 minutes and just do it So by making these small mindset shifts and listening to my body thoughts and feelings I was able to be guilt free if I didn't work out every day in a gym or at home in a certain way Like a workout program or something like that or for a certain amount of time Sorry for my throat is you know, it's kind of challenging me. Okay conclusion writing the seven part series helped me in the falling ways Number one it allowed me to introspect how I handled transformation My transformation from what from you know, it's totally committed to my gym workout was able to do it at least if five days If not seven days stepping out enthusiasm and all of a sudden you're going down.

It's gone The transformation from that to creating a home workout plan. Okay, help me to be more than I appear to be and conquer writer's block Worrying power from Robin Shammah's art coach help me develop intrinsic motivation not only to exercise But to also write something like this seven part series or to learn new things and bring that Sorry, bring that the act of or bring that the art the act of intrinsic motivation into other domains into my cooking into my Entertaining my children when they come my daughter's and love and they come in my grandchildren my grandson and they come so all these They bring into other domain into my creating podcast into my pivoting my business from immigration to coaching programs You know, so seditions, please give yourself permission to go back and read all the seven parts or listen to all the seven Audios and get intrinsically motivated to work out or do the thing that is of high lifetime value to you Thank you all for being a part of the seven day series I am looking forward to contributing many more such series and I need your your time your attention your cooperation just for reading and supporting I would like to give a shout out to Susie pinon for her high non or I'm not able to pronounce any properly So I see for her thought provoking and inspiring article how to realistically increase your standard of living Here are a couple of statements that open me to a new way of thinking and I highlighted while reading that article number one in this one Particular motivational speech here that is Tony Robbins focused on identifying yourself in a new way and owning it owning it Like for my case, I had to identify myself from my immigration service provider Right service provider form preparer service provider coordinator to Life coach business coach. I had to do I tried it for myself Okay, when you decide you want something to be a part of your identity your brain figures out a way to make that standard real You can listen to my part one to seven in like this morning using podcast because remember I'm reading this from an article So this is what I've put there Again, you membership fee directly supports like the Brahma and other other writers my guys So you will also get full access to every story on medium.
