"Mission Minded." I know, itself, it doesn't sound sexy. But without a mission-minded approach, I can almost guarantee you're coming across as one of these three things to the judges: 1. Sounding FLAT and BORING 2. All over the place, no clarity, no singular mission of what your PLAN is as Miss _____________ 3. You have a lot of energy but you're saying NOTHING, or only things everyone else could say.   And chances are, you're also experiencing one or more of these things: 1.
