Are You Not Entertained?
from Not Your Average Podcast Hosted by LONELY GANG
Humanity can finally celebrate the first step on the long road back to normalcy with the revival of America's pastimes once again. However, in the midst of what experts are calling the second wave of this horrible pandemic, are seven-innings of baseball and pick-up games of basketball in a dome our highest priority? Without the typical tens of thousands of cheering fans, does the professional-grade competition now appear amateur and seemingly not as enjoyable by comparison? With the help of self-proclaimed sports enthusiast and good friend Liam O'Brien, the Not Your Average Crew returns to debate the less-than-stellar timeliness of the recent sports resurrection and the potential consequences surrounding it, regardless of how entertaining they may be.
