TRANSCRIPT · AUTO-GENERATED

Good morning everyone. Today's topic is, Are You Old or Going Through Elder Years? This article was published in mid form a sub-publication of medium.com. This topic is, it's time for us to change the way we view our later years, elder years.

Okay. I practice a few rituals in the morning that help me integrate and live my BEMMA, Body, Mind and Emotions. Body Emotions and Mind, BEMM, okay? Model, one such ritual is saying affirmations.

I have observed that by saying affirmations loudly in front of the mirror, I get to see myself, hear my voice, watch my body language and feel my feelings. To me, it serves as perfect coordination of how I'm physically showing up, emotionally feeling and mentally present to what I'm affirming. I don't consider myself a good, as a good creator of affirmations. Probably I'm becoming better, I guess, but I need to come up with my own affirmations, put it in writing and then share it with you guys.

But having experienced a good BEMB, Body Emotions, Mind and Integration, by using Luis's affirmations, I am continuing to use them. Why reinvent the wheel, right? In the following article, I shared how consistently saying an affirmation from Luis's book, describing the word consciousness, helped me change my mood, thanks to Luis's end-of-book, Meditations to Heave Your Life. And that's the article or that podcast episode is titled, the, this one affirmation changed my mood.

You can go search and listen to it in the next morning using podcast or in one of my articles, medium articles. Okay, my dear empty nesters. As I'm reading today's affirmation, describing the word elder ears, I invite you also to read the following phrases loudly with me. I love experiencing every age.

I rejoice in each passing year. In the early part of the century, the life expectancy was 49 years. Today, it's about 85. Tomorrow, it could be 125.

It is time for us to change the way we view our later years. No longer will we accept the notion that we must become sick and die, lonely and afraid. It is time to make nursing homes obsolete as we learn to take responsibility for our own health. We take control of our thoughts and we create an elder time that is for grandeur than any other generation.

I see myself as vital, vivacious, healthy, fully alive and contributing until my last day. I'm at peace with my age. As I move into my treasure ears, come on treasure ears, I allow myself to become an elder ear, elder of excellence. I lead the way in showing others how to be fully alive at every age.

We each have the ability to contribute to our society and to make the world a better place for our grandchildren. In the book, Meditations to Heal Your Life, this paragraph is taken from the book. After reading that affirmation, I envisioned living the following statement mentioned by Louisa. Here is the statement.

Once again, I just noted it, but now I'm envisioning living the statement. As I move into my treasure ears, I allow myself to become an elder of excellence. I lead the way in showing others how to be fully alive at every age. We each have the ability to contribute to our society and to make the world a better place for our grandchildren.

I started podcasting, publishing and coaching in my elder ears and yes, from the bottom of my heart, I want to contribute to our society and make the world a better place for our grandchildren. The key message is, the following statement would never have become a part of my self-talk. Had I not read this specific affirmation and the statement again is, I see myself as vital, my vaseous, healthy, fully alive and contributing until my last day. I'm at peace with my age.

Now it's your turn to share your thoughts and feelings that emerged when you read the power of the nation loudly. Describing the word, elder ears in front of the mirror. Alright, now a shout out to Mary Leff, Leff, Leff, I don't know whether I pronounced it correctly, but the article, letting the illusion of publishing one article a day die. Beautifully, in this article, she is beautifully for beautifully analyzing and ending up with three qualifying questions.
