In this episode, I sat down and chatted with  Tristan Wright. He and I talked about the ins and outs of small business ownership.  From the importance of being a life-long learner to getting help, to how to set yourself up for time away from the business.   There comes a time in the evolution of a business when you have the choice to scale or grow, but what is the difference between the two? Founder and CEO of Evolve to Grow, Tristan has a passion for helping businesses scale in a way that works best for them.  He shared with me some of his personal moments, some of which were a bit painful. From having super success and failure early in his life to realizing that having goals and a focus on your personal "why" is a BIG key to success in business.    One ah-ha moment he mused about was around the need for having a focus on why he was in business. Tristan shared, "for years, I didn't get that I thought, Oh, I'm just a small business. I don't need any of that. And, and I would go to business networking events, I would, I would talk to people. And this is all just part part of I won't say that. Yeah. Yeah, I just didn't get it. But as soon as I understood it, life became so much easier. I became happier, my relationships became better. We need, it doesn't matter if it's not your ultimate objective that you're working towards. But there needs to be a line in the sand that you're working towards.
