Start by taking inventory of your current team. You might think that no one wants to build, but without more information, that's only your own thought and can lead to you not helping them. To combat this, write out everyone's name and then reach out to them to see how they are and ask what their goals are. Dive deeper with them and get curious. If they aren't seeing the success they want, ask them what they think is preventing that and really listen. The next step is to think about who you want on your team. For example, I work with women that want to grow a dependable and consistent income and are committed to their goals. Who do you want to add to your team? Shift your messaging to talk to that person.
