The benefits of meditation have been enjoyed by men and women for a very long time. It's no wonder that those of us who regularly meditate enjoy healthier and more fulfilling lives than those who don't. Some people try it for 10 minutes once and say it's no good. The key to meditation is not so much the time spent on it, but rather consistency. Every day, ten minutes is better than 20 minutes three times a week. It can become just as much of your daily routine with a little motivation.
