Are you suffering from Chrometophobia?

If you suffer from anxiety and panic attacks when it comes to money, you might have a money phobia, which is also known as Chrometophobia. In this episode I will share what the symptoms of this condition are and how it affects people who have regular or very well paid jobs; they won't spend money for bills, repairs or necessities, and might end up in financial trouble, or neglecting serious home repairs and health issues until they end up spending a lot more than they wished to save. This is a real condition that affects many people and I will also add some down to earth tips on how to tackle it. Chrometophobia has nothing to do with wisdom and realism, and with those who realistically cannot spend money because it's tight or it's not there. The origins of this issue usually stem from negative beliefs we have built around money when we were younger or when financial disaster hit us.
