Are You Taking Time Off?

Much-need time off to reconnect with loved ones and reenergize body, mind and soul is about to commence but while I'm away I have some episodes lined up, starting with this one that will replay previous episode that are worth hearing again. These episodes were specifically curated for this time of year to support you to take some time away if you want it or need it, and to reenergize and reconnect with yourself.
