It is the pause where we stop pretending we are full. It is the surrender that opens our hands. It is the offering Jesus actually asks for. Because thirst tells the truth. It reveals the ache beneath our busyness, the longing beneath our confidence, the hunger beneath our routines. And Jesus meets us right there, not when we are sorted, strong, or impressive, but when we are thirsty. This is His open invitation to all who are searching, all who are wanting, all who are challenged by whatever is going on. Your thirst is not a problem to fix; it is a signal to follow. Make it a priority not to ignore it. Your thirst is your great offering to Jesus.
