Are you trying to be perfect? - Episode #34 of the "Jersey to Vegas Podcast"

from Mental Mobility - Movement, Mental Health, Healing · host Pete Isip

Are you trying to be perfect? - Episode #34 of the "Jersey to Vegas Podcast" Today let's talk about perfection and trying to be perfect. Why do we put this external pressure on ourselves when we already know how hard it is just to live?   If you are really trying hard to be perfect -is that a good thing or a bad thing? I honestly don't know. Perfection is one of my biggest assets---I have extremely high standards, am very hard on myself, and make no room for mistakes.   Which then makes it one of my biggest flaws; since I have that "all or nothing" approach, and then when I do not achieve my goals--I consider it failing and become depressed.  So, let me ask you this- What is perfection to you?  When did you start wanting and trying to be a perfect person?   Have you or will you achieve that perfection?   Come listen and find out, we hope you all enjoy this episode and thank you for listening to the "Jersey to Vegas Podcast". We are glad you guys came out today.
