Arians Moves Upstairs, Frank Gore Retires and Another Snappy Snap

Did Tom Brady force Bruce Arians to take an upstairs role, probably not, but it's a social media trope at the moment. After a Super Bowl win, followed by a narrow loss in the Championship Game, Bruce Arians has stepped aside and Todd Bowles takes control of the Buccaneers.  Malcolm Jenkins has retired, but so has Future Hall of Famer, Frank Gore, who is now concentrating on boxing...yeah!? Do either of these make it to Canton though?
