Arise in Confession - Audio
from Grace Family Fellowship Hosted by Dr. Roger Smith
Dr. Roger Smith explores the Apostle Paul’s return to Jerusalem in Acts 21–23, focusing on his bold "confession" of faith amidst intense opposition. Following a violent riot sparked by false accusations, Paul demonstrated professional poise, sharing his conversion testimony with a hostile crowd. He skillfully navigated legal and cultural complexities by invoking his Roman citizenship and shrewdly dividing the Sanhedrin over the doctrine of resurrection. Dr. Smith emphasizes that sharing the gospel requires a balance of boldness, respect, and strategic wisdom. Just as Christ encouraged Paul and confirmed his future mission to Rome, modern believers are called to utilize their unique gifts to witness faithfully. Ultimately, the narrative highlights the power of personal testimony and the necessity of trusting God's sovereignty during difficult circumstances.
