He has been working on AZ's MMJ law even before it was passed, and he had significant input on the ultimate Rules that AZDHS developed. Ryan was the attorney for the Arizona Campaign to Regulate Marijuana like Alcohol a committee to legalize marijuana for adult-use in Arizona in 2016.
