Arizona Erases $1 Billion in Medical Debt for Residents

The effort has so far provided relief to 670,963 residents statewide, and it has not used any state funds. This week, debt relief letters are being mailed to more than 200,000 additional Arizonans across the state, from Tucson to Tolleson to Bullhead City.
