Arizona Family Court Is Failing

And here it is, folks. We are and have been at the breaking point. For 2 years we have been fighting this man, and the state of Arizona for full custody of our children. He has gotten 2 DUI's in 2 years where the witnesses in both cases are the children. What I mean by that is the children were with him in the vehicle, and our oldest has had to be the one that calls the police on her father in both situations to protect not just herself, but her siblings. The state seems to have issues acknowledging that he is unsafe, and is crushing us financially and mentally. All we are trying to do is ensure the safety, well-being, and ability for the children to grow up, period. No children should have to live in fear of their father because who knows if he's drunk and driving them around, or what he is doing at home while being intoxicated.Please donate and share our page.
