Arizona Players Cleared to Play | Arizona Wildcats Football News

A Pima County judge just cleared the way for Arizona’s key players Ismail Mahdi and Max Harris to return to the field this Saturday against BYU, after the NCAA tried to block their eligibility under a confusing new rule. Mahdi, who led the team in rushing last season, and Harris, a top tackler, had been sidelined since their last game — but now they’re back, thanks to a temporary restraining order that also covers nine other athletes willing to pay $1,000 each. The NCAA has until September 21st to challenge the ruling, which stems from a loophole in the “five for five” eligibility policy that affects players who graduated in 2022. For now, Arizona’s offense and defense get a major boost — and the legal drama continues. Listen in comfort:Get a discount on a Soli Pillow: http://solipillow.com/discount/dnn.
