Arizona State Sun Devils basketball has to make serious adjustments to be a NCAA Tournament team

Now 17 games into the 2023-24 season, we have a grasp on the Arizona State Sun Devils basketball team and the warts they have. Following a frustrating loss to the UCLA Bruins last night, we realize we are continuing to see the same flaws on a game-by-game basis. Perhaps the biggest flaw in this team has been their ability to convert on free throw tries and a lack of rebounding. Of course, when you struggle in these two areas, you're going to suffer the consequences and it's been the downfall on several occasions this season. As it stands, host Richie Bradshaw says this team is nowhere near a NCAA Tournament team and Bobby Hurley has some work to do to get the Sun Devils back to dancing in March.
