Armed with Truth 2

Moving on in the series titled Armed with Truth, Pastor Tolu Ayeni taught on the importance of studying God’s Word in depth—seeing scripture as logos (the whole counsel of God) and not just rhema for the moment. True understanding comes when we connect the NT to the OT and interpret the Bible from the perspective of its writers. Beyond knowledge, we discuss how faith and joy shape our lives: not superstition, fear, or feelings. As believers, our confession and rejoicing demonstrate victory, because God never changes and always provides. Finally, he taught on discipleship—patiently laboring in prayer, teaching with love, and nurturing new believers step by step until they are rooted in Christ.
