Armored Up

It’s been an endless season of hustle & grind. For me, working and going and running nonstop has been my autopilot. It’s a safety strategy of sorts. The more I work, the more I build up my armor. Although work and being of service is important, it’s also important to put it all down and find rest and stillness. In this short episode, I found some stillness and permission to put my armor down. I have the power to create the necessary boundaries to care for my own heart so that I can pour from a full cup. Thank you Killa Productions for the sweet sweet sounds.
