We learn the 7th Circuit Court out of Illinois has put a hold on an Assault Weapons ruling after the Supreme Court has accepted an Illinois case on Assault Weapons. Major Bill calls in and gives us an update on the coming NHL season. He then gives us a story on a Wamo car that took its occupants to the police. Jason then discusses the Cook County and Connecticut Assault Weapons cases given Cert by SCOTUS.
