The B.A.R. association wants all states to adopt firearm confiscation laws, many of which involve Ex-Parte hearings. Kevin gives us the details on this. Eric Friday calls in talking about FL not issuing Concealed Carry Permits to people that were arrested maybe decades ago and putting the burden of proof on the person. Maj. Bill was able to sit in the studio with the guys and talk about a KFC employee claiming to a Law Enforcement Officer and threaten to arrest his supervisor at KFC to get the weekend off. Maj.Bill also tells us about an OR Sheriff that had a "Thin Blue Line Flag" removed from an officer break room in the courthouse "because someone was offended by that flag".... can you say Bull*&#@???
