He moved around and ended up graduating high school in San Antonio, TX. William joined the Army as a “Medical Specialists” and was surprised to find himself in combat medic school involuntarily. He conducted multiple combat deployments, one of which he  as a 68w Combat Medic where he treated 13 mass casualty incidents within just a 6-month time span while in Afghanistan. He leaves us with how his time in service affects his mental health and what he does to combat it.   Urban Valor interviews and shares the stories of our military veterans.
