April 7 is World Health Day, this year’s focus was how hospitals can provide treatment during emergency situations.  We talk to an expert and get an inside look into L.A. County’s disaster protocol.  We also take a close look at South L.A.’s health care infrastructure, and find the area lacks both the facilities and workers to meet residents’ needs.  And the recession is making many families reconsider the traditional burial service.  More and more people are looking for less expensive alternatives in their time of grief.  Associate Producer Richie Duchon serves as guest host and students from Crenshaw High School assist with reporting.
