Stephanie Guzman goes live at Pio Pico Elementary School where supporters marched insisting on more funding and control for their schools. The United Way of greater LA released “LA County: 10 Years Later: A Tale of Two Cities” which reported the population of working poor is 7.5 percent higher in the united states as a whole.  Clinics all over Los Angeles partnered up to help families in need run family source centers.  Mayor Villairagosa crashed the city council meeting to talk about the budget. He told the city council the city has no choice but to lay-off three hundred workers.
