One city official is suing another.  Or the previous officeholder is suing another previous officeholder.  The previous city attorney, Rocky Delgadillo, was the one being sued.  He usually represents the city in lawsuits.  But since it was the city controller who was suing him, things get kind of complicated.  Throw in the fact that there’s a new controller and a new city attorney and ARN reporter Richie Duchon will have to sort out the mess for us.  Also, school reform in Los Angeles is looking increasingly likely, as parents at 30 troubled LA schools may get the opportunity to decide their schools’ futures.  But nothing is easy at LAUSD.  Dominic Riley has a report from teachers’ union headquarters, where things got a littlee heated today.  And finally a feature from Neila Jamee on a dynamic dance school in South Los Angeles.
