Protesters against budget cuts to libraries and schools rallied downtown today, and Chris Foy was there to cover it live. The Los Angeles Unified School District settled a lawsuit with the ACLU, agreeing to consider factors besides seniority in firing teachers. Albert Sabate has more on the compromise they reached. A doctor is suing Kaiser Permanente, which he says neglected the care of special needs patients. Stephanie Guzman and Kyle Tabuena-Frolli have more. Proposition 24 could change the way businesses are taxed - Ariel Edwards-Levy and Julia Gabrick looked at what that means for voters. Four months late, California may finally have a budget. LeTania Kirkland asked an expert whether that will really help the state’s financial health.
