Bill shares highlights from the recent and highly successful Taste of La Posada, where over 500 potential residents sampled the exceptional variety and quality of cuisine offered at La Posada.Listeners will also learn about the exclusive Continental Club, which offers non-residents access to fine dining in the elegant Continental Room. The upscale, three-course experience includes dishes like steak and lobster, with reservations available Wednesday through Friday from 4 PM to 7 PM. Memberships are available through the Administrative Offices.With five dining rooms across the La Posada campus, residents and their guests enjoy a wide range of culinary options. Following the success of the Taste event, La Posada will host a special Centenarian Celebration on June 6th to honor those celebrating their 100th birthday and beyond. Bill also reflects on his fascinating career in the airline industry, including a riveting story about producing 22,000 in-flight meals.
