Around the Cracker Barrel - UofA Master Gardeners Program Christina Collett and Angela Wilson (Aired 01/31/2025)

For this Weeks Around the Cracker Barrel Broadcast Guy Atchley welcomes both Christina Collett and Angela Wilson of the University of Arizona's Master Gardeners in Green Valley.  They share the origins of the Master Gardener Program and how the Cooperative Program within the UofA is managed.We also learn of some tips in managing flora and fauna in the colder Winter Months. How often should you water and how important is it for Ground Saturation. One program that has become very popular is a Veterans Program where fellow Veterans get together to plant and manage orchids and gardens.
