Arrest made in Catawba County mass shooting investigation

One person remains hospitalized after a mass shooting in North Carolina on Sunday, the FBI field office in Charlotte confirmed on Tuesday. All the other individuals hospitalized have been released.Tuesday evening, the sheriff's office said 20-year-old Garon Nathaniel Killian of Lenoir was taken into custody, charged with one count of attempted first-degree murder. He remains in jail under no bond, with a first court appearance set for Wednesday.Killian was previously arrested in Hickory for another shooting. Police said he and another person reportedly fired into a crowd in a parking lot near a Chuck E.
