Big shock.  Speaking of big shocks, Laurel decides to show Quentin that Sara's alive! Bad idea.  But Oliver and Lance are working together, and things seem amiable! Amazing! Except Oliver finds out that Quentin is working with Damien Darhk.  So the two must have words. Oh, and Mr. Terrific and Felicity have some Ray-centric adventures while Thea begings running Oliver's campaign! Oh, and there's a new lair!  A pretty new Arrow Cave from Cisco, you guys!
