Tim Hauraney sits down with Arrow McLaren’s Pato O’Ward as the two launch into a lively discussion about oval racing and the dangers of it (1:32). Then Tim and Pato discuss how Pato handles not being in the car for weeks at a time, his training regime, and diet (06:21). In 2018 O’Ward won the IndyLights championship but wasn't given a full-time ride again until 2020 with Arrow McLaren.
