In this episode of the Drinklings, we are discussing the Robin Williams’ classic Dead Poet’s Society. We will focus on the ideas of what it means to be a teacher and how that plays throughout the movie. Furthermore, we question the impact of different styles of educational institutions and the students that they produce. The drink that we choose is called A Captain’s Pouch, which is a rum-based drink decided to fit with one of the more classic scenes from the film. We recorded this episode at Nama in Carrollton, GA with the wonderful Maddi as our bartender. Enjoy!
