Der EECC (European Electronic Communications Code) in Form der Richtlinie 2018/1972/EU ordnet das Europäische Telekommunikationsrecht neu. Die Richtlinie war im Jahr 2020 in den Mitgliedsstaaten umzusetzen, zu diesem Anlass hielten wir 15. Jänner 2020 eine Veranstaltung zum Thema "Der neue EU-Telekom-Rechtsrahmen – die Umsetzung in Österreich als digitale Weichenstellung". Heute - ein Jahr später - liegt der TKG-Entwurf vor. Zu diesem Anlass soll das Event nun in die zweite Runde gehen (coronabedingt über unseren Youtubechannel). Wir freuen uns sehr folgende Expert*innen (wieder) ganz herzlich einladen zu dürfen und mit Ihnen über die neuen Entwicklungen zu diskutieren: - Lukas Feiler (Baker McKenzie) - Marielouise Gregory (Leiterin der Rechtsabteilung der Telekom Austria AG und der A1 Telekom Austria AG) - Andreas Ney (Fachverband d.
