Arson in Coeur d'Alene: Bike Suspect | Spokane News

Two brush fires erupted early August 15th in Coeur dAlene, confirmed by investigators and a K-9 unit to be arson—no injuries or property damage, but the fires stretched fire crews thin, requiring mutual aid. A suspect on a bicycle was spotted near the scene on Wilbur Avenue and Mineral Drive, but low-quality footage leaves no clear ID. Authorities are urging anyone with tips, even vague ones or surveillance footage, to call the Arson Reward Line at 877-752-7766—every detail could lead to the culprit.
