The man accused of setting the governor's mansion on fire was arraigned last night on arson, attempted murder and terrorism charges. While Cody Balmer's mother says he is mentally ill and was off his meds, Balmer told the judge during last night's hearing he does not suffer mental health issues, calling that a rumor. He also told the court he's been living with his parents in Harrisburg for the last year. Bamler was denied bail.
